The objective of the Forest Estates Architectural Committee is to provide guidelines and control procedures to help maintain the consistent quality and appearance of our neighborhood, thereby ensuring maximum resale value and safe living conditions for the benefit of all Forest Estates homeowners.
If you are considering any improvement project that affects the exterior of your house and/or property (for example, painting, roof replacement, fence, etc.), please review the Architectural Guidelines first. Once you're ready to begin moving forward with the project, submit an Architectural Approval request following the instructions in the Guidelines. Generally we will try to reply within a week from the date we receive your completed and signed Architectural Approval form; however, the HOA board has up to 30 days to approve to architectural requests. Per our architectural control guidelines, a 3 foot by 3 foot sample of paint colors must be painted on the exterior of the home for approval. We DO NOT approve paint requests based on paint chip samples.
If you have any questions about the Architectural Approval process, feel free to contact the
Architectural Control Committee. Any inquiries, including completed and signed forms, may also be mailed to
